"EcoBricksburg: A New Chapter"

In this modern reinterpretation of the classic Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, the vibrant city of Bricksburg is now the eco-conscious and vibrant city of EcoBricksburg, focusing on environmental themes. The community of Lego characters led by Emmet (voiced by Zachary Levi, best known for his role in "Chuck") must tackle a new challenge which threatens their city – waste pollution caused by non-eco-friendly plastic materials.

While the courageous Wyldstyle, now played by Latina actress Isabella Merced known for her role in "Instant Family", has seen an expanded role with a complex storyline involving her fight to save their city. She now navigates her journey as an environmental activist, inspiring young women around the world.

Adding to the diverse casting, Comedian Bowen Yang from Saturday Night Live voices Benny, the astronaut, adding a feisty yet hilarious dynamic to the team. The film also modernizes the relationship dynamics with Benny being openly part of the LGBTQ+ community.
